You should visit the Slapšak family in Telče for the view! To see how lively it sparkles! And not only in this vineyard, planted for Cviček, which now mostly produces effervescent velvet dark wine. And not only in this small winery, where big sparkling wines are created under the auspices of the French-Dolenjska connection and love affair. But in all of the Dolenjska region, which is thus no longer a low-budget destination, but a highly valued one! Prepare for a special wine tasting, as sparkling wines are not for drinking, but for enjoying. Therefore, only the beginning (with water) is without bubbles, and then there is sparkling and fizzing in every sip the host offers.
