Mushroom soup with buckwheat žganci

Ingredients (for 4 people):
  • 40 g of raw butter
  • a generous tablespoon of flour
  • 1 l of water
  • salt, caraway, parsley, black pepper
  • 1 whole egg

1. Melt a spoon of pork fat or butter and add to it a generous tablespoon of flour, gently fry it while stirring until it becomes a light golden brown.
2. Pour in it a litre of water, add salt, caraway and bring to a boil.
3. Add to it one beaten egg and stir.
4. At the end, you may garnish with chopped parsley and season with black pepper.
